Ace 500 mg contains Paracetamol, a commonly used medicine for reducing fever and relieving mild to moderate pain. It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins in the brain, which helps decrease pain and lower body temperature. Dose: Adults: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours if needed Maximum dose: Not more than 4000 mg (8 tablets) per day Dose should be taken according to a physician’s advice.
