Ace Orange Syrup contains Paracetamol, a widely used medicine for reducing fever and mild to moderate pain. It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins in the brain, which helps lower body temperature and relieve pain. Dose: Children (3 months – 1 year): 2.5–5 ml up to 4 times daily Children (1–5 years): 5 ml up to 4 times daily Children (6–12 years): 10 ml up to 4 times daily Dose should be given according to body weight and physician’s advice.
