Indication: Used for the treatment of headache, migraine, fever, body ache, toothache, muscle pain, and cold or flu symptoms. Caffeine enhances the pain-relieving effect of Paracetamol and helps reduce fatigue. Dose: Usually taken every 4–6 hours as needed or as prescribed by the physician. Dose depends on formulation and severity of symptoms. Side Effects: Nausea, stomach discomfort, nervousness, dizziness, insomnia, increased heart rate, and restlessness may occur. Excessive use may cause liver problems due to Paracetamol. Caution: Use carefully in patients with liver disease, heart disease, hypertension, anxiety disorders, or excessive caffeine intake.
