Maxpro HP is a triple-therapy anti-H. pylori treatment kit used for peptic ulcer disease and gastric infections caused by Helicobacter pylori. It works through combined action: Esomeprazole reduces stomach acid production Amoxicillin destroys bacterial cell walls Clarithromycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis Together, they help eradicate H. pylori infection and promote ulcer healing. Indications: H. pylori infection Duodenal ulcer associated with H. pylori Gastric ulcer with H. pylori infection Chronic gastritis due to H. pylori Prevention of ulcer recurrence after H. pylori eradication Dosage: As prescribed by a physician Common regimen: Esomeprazole 20 mg twice daily Amoxicillin 1000 mg twice daily Clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily Duration: Usually 7–14 days. Administration: Take all medicines together as directed Can be taken with or without food Complete the full treatment course even if symptoms improve Swallow tablets/capsules whole with water. Pregnancy & Lactation: Use during pregnancy only if clearly needed Caution advised during breastfeeding because clarithromycin passes into breast milk.
